“This is a great house for families. Everything you need for a stay in the mountains and close to everything. Awesome views and neighborhood and easy access from the highway. Over 4 feet of snow came during our stay and it was cold! Someone came to plow the circle drive and in front of the garage each morning. We had to shovel the steps from the house down to the garage/driveway. We were glad to have access to a garage with all the snow. The hot tub was an excellent bonus! Only recommendation...

“Purpose of our stay was the Meeker Sheepdog Trials. Our location was perfect, the cleanliness of our cabin was perfect, the amenities in the cabin were perfect. My daughter and I were overjoyed with the entire experience. We hope to return for the 2025 trials. Many thanks to this unique and perfect facility.”

“I highly recommend this property. It was extremely nice, quite well stocked. These hosts could not have been nicer. The entire place is above the rest!!”

“Great little cabin in a beautiful setting. We had everything we needed. The firepit was perfect next to the river. Lots of firewood available. The layout of the bedroom., kitchen and bathrooms worked great for us, 2 couples.”

“This cabin provided just what we needed for a long weekend ski trip! Had everything we needed and felt very homey. Love the pellet stove. Super close to Steamboat for a steal of a price! Could definitely see our group staying here again! Gary was very helpful during the check-in process and a quick responder when needed.”

The dumpster was close so we could dispose of our trash easily. The beds were so comfortable, and we could hear the roar of the river which was very cool for this Kansas family.
