I talked with hotels.com customer service. They, too, chased them but didn't hear back. Customer service told me that if I can't check in upon arrival, they will relocate me. “Such a cool place! Gorgeous interior designs and very comfortable. It felt like being in a museum with walls full of art, crystal chandeliers and antiques. We had the botanical room and it was fun and upbeat. It was a small room but still comfortable. The bed was so soft it was difficult to get in and out of it, but otherwise we really enjoyed it.
