“Beautiful location, everything we needed, clean… they need to run the dehumidifier … wasn’t on or any heat … never was able to get the musty moldy smell completely out… we ran the dehumidifier for a week… very clean but you have to keep the moisture levels down on the Oregon coast in the rainy season!!!”

“This is a great spot. It's secluded, so you don't have a lot of other people around. I did have a doe and a couple of fawns looking in the window one morning though! Great views of the bay. My GPS lead me right to it, although it was just slightly confused as I drove in the drive. After that, no problem! Communication with the owner was quick and easy. “The house was excellent for what we needed. Close to the beach, market and trails. I wish there was a TV upstairs. The only TV is downstairs and there is limited seating. Also. This house DOES NOT have an interior staircase you have to use the elevator. Having only the elevator as an option did make going upstairs and downstairs more inconvenient (in my opinion) but a great option for elderly or disabled folks. I would recommend this house. ”

“Beautiful home. One of the upstairs bedrooms has a low ceiling but the home is expertly remodeled and very nice. Off street parking, smokeless fire pit, nice sitting area and directly across from the police station. ”
