“The property is located walks away from ocean, board walk, water park and grocery stores. No need to drive anywhere. Our host Josue was very helpful and responded quickly to any questions or concerns. Our family would definitely love to stay again. ”

“Great communication with owner. Very close to beach. Small unit but had enough space for 3 people. Loved having storage outside with chairs. Beach towels were a plus. Price was perfect. Would stay there again. ”

“The property was great! Very clean and welcoming. The walk to the boardwalk was a bit of a clip, but we enjoyed the walk to burn off Johnson’s popcorn, fudge and Khors Bros frozen custard. ;)We loved the fact that the condo included beach passes and pristine beach chairs. Beach passes are expensive so to borrow them was helpful! Management was very responsive if we had questions - even on the weekend. Overall great vacation! ”

“Condo was much smaller than we usually rent but that being said, it was clean and convenient to beach and boardwalk. Check in was easy. The outdoor shower near the pool was a big plus , helping to minimize sand in the condo. We were very happy with this rental. ”

“Perfect beach vacation spot. Literally 100’ from the Icona resort, but with better parking. The apt has newer furniture, kitchenette 1.5 baths. All clean and ready to go. Thoughtfully stocked, just bring your beach gear (beach towels, chairs, umbrellas) everything else is here (bath towels, soap, linens, coffee). The pool is perfect for the kids to cool off in after a hot day, and there is a grill area too w outdoor tables and chairs. The unit is on the first floor, despite it being July 4th...
