“The location was quiet and convenient both for walking to eateries in town, and short drive out to The Enchantments. It was clean and had everything needed for beds, towels and basic kitchen supplies. Note there is only a window air conditioner in one bedroom upstairs. We weren’t there in a heat wave, and open windows and fans were adequate. ”

“Very nice hotel. We were unable to book a massage but we used the mineral pools. Very relaxing. Went back to the room and our tv didn’t work. They were unable to fix. It wasn’t that important, we were tired and had our phones. The big disappointment was our dinner. The dining area and bar was nice but we were very disappointed with our meals. We opted to leave early and not to eat breakfast there. ”

“We never got to stay at the hotel. They called us in the way there and cancelled our weekend due to a ‘ room emergency’. Then we began a nightmare of calls trying to get our refund being bounced between Expedia who told us to call VBRO who would promptly tell us to call Expedia. What a nightmare! I’m still waiting for the hotel GM to return my calls. ”

“I was pleasantly surprised with the luxuriousness of my room. I purposefully chose a room with two queen beds so that in the middle of the night I could switch over to the other bed. It was a great choice. The perks that came with the room, the $20 food voucher and the $20 free money loaded on to a member card was awesome. I went to the restaurant and the serving size was big but it was also very very good. I then was able to play the machines on their dime and ended up cashing out $60. I use...
