Beautiful chic vibe

We loved our stay here! A few recommendations are that the kitchen could have been a little better stocked for the amount of people that this house can accommodate. Specifically, not enough cups and there were no coffee filters for the coffee pot. Also you listed that the beach is 0.4 miles away but I dont believe this since you can’t just cut through on Royal Palm Dr. But the house is gorgeous and would stay again, now that we know these few things.

Feels like home away from home

Plenty of room , cleanliness was outstanding , alot of space throughout loved that there was two living rooms and plenty of bathrooms. Will book again in the future! Check in was easy

Stairs and wraparound balcony.

Very nice and clean. Loved the wraparound balcony where we would spend the evenings. The only problem is that it is mostly for people that can still climb stairs. There are many stairs to climb and I don’t recommend it for older people.

Beach Trip

It was so close to the beach. Price comparable to most listings. Fit my immediate family for a fun birthday trip. Everyone had room for beds, cars to park, and have meals together. Would definitely stay here again in the future for annual celebrations

Great stay!

This property was in a great location. Close to the beach and town. The house was super nice with plenty of space for our family. We had a hard time with the wifi at first but it eventually worked. Also, we never found remotes for 2 of the tvs but we didn’t really plan on watching that much tv anyway. Overall a great stay

Relaxing Beach Getaway

House was as described and photos are accurate. Comfortable home with enough space to be comfortable for our 7 family members. Plenty of bedrooms & bathrooms. Would stay here again!

Only complaint with the house was with the wifi not working. The checkin process with Vacasa was a mess and difficult though.

The house was in a nice quiet location. Not far from the beach and we were able to rent a golf cart for the trip back and forth.

Nice house that was poorly cleaned.

While the property itself was great, it was not cleaned well prior to arrival. This is on the management company, not the owner. The kitchen also needed a few more supplies (drinking cups and cooking utensils). Beds were excellent. Wifi was challenged as was cell service due to all of the people being in town for the holiday. Overall, it is a very good house and place to stay.

Awesome property & location BUT watch stairs on deck!

Loved it! Great location, community pool was clean, comfortable beds. Few things-not a lot of cups available so bring solo cups, three huge water roaches in ground level area😳 and the stairs from parking area to main level are VERY DANGEROUS at night! At least three of us missed the bottom step on first landing at night because they are black and not enough light to see well. Recommend fluorescent tape or motion activated lighting for future guests.

Horrible Experience - Dirty House

We arrived to find the house unlocked, dirty, and in attempting to solve the issue, Vacasa became unresponsive. We immediately called Vacasa and they had a local rep call us. They said a housekeeper would be sent over immediately. Several hours later, a housekeeper came. When we returned to the house, it was obvious sheets had not been changed, floors were filthy (crumbs and trash on floors of all levels), and dirty dishes were in the kitchen. We called Vacasa again and asked for someone to at least bring clean sheets. No one ever came. From that point forward, phone calls and emails were not responded to. We spent the evening washing all linens and remaking the beds and cleaning the house. In addition, Vacasa admitted there was an issue because a "welcome basket" containing items such as paper towels was not at the house. So we also had to make a run to the store and purchase paper towels, soap, toilet paper, and cleaning supplies. After the stay I reached out again to Vacasa and they have continuted to be unresponsive. I have even offered to send them pictures of the piles of items we had to sweep up. Will never stay at a Vacasa managed house again.

Great Beach House

We love Port Aransas and this beach house was perfect for our Spring Break vacation. We loved how close we were to the Beach Access road (about a 5 min drive to the beach) and had fun driving the cars and golf cart up and down the beach. The house was beautiful with super comfortable beds and 4 full baths. The washer and dryer were able to handle large loads of towels and we had plenty of room to cook, eat, and hang out. The location was also close to the shops in town and easy to access from the main highway. It is also only about a 35 minute drive to some fun attractions in Corpus Christi.
