Aransas Channel Dock & Fishing Pier on Harbor Island

Enjoy our newly constructed cottage and patio that faces beautiful Redfish Bay and South Bay.
The cottage has a patio deck, a boat dock, a 100’ fishing pier with lights, a patio and lots of parking. Our two bedroom 2 1/2 bath house sits next to the 14’ deep Aransas Channel. Shrimp boats and fishing boats use this waterway to navigate local bays as they make their way to and from the Gulf of Mexico and through the jetties. This is a family friendly property. We are located 3 miles east of Conn-Brown Harbor and 3 miles west of the Port A Ferry.
Our pin drop on the VRBO map is accurate.

The house is beautiful and was very clean when we arrived. We got to meet Sue, who is very friendly and helpful. The house is located in Aransas Pass and is an easy drive to Rockport, Port Aransas, and Corpus Christi. The private dock was fun to fish from, even though we didn't catch anything, and we saw dolphins every day. But my favorite part was the porch swing on the back. We've stayed in various places on the gulf and this one is by far one of our favorites. We will for sure be returning to this house again and again!

In town for a couple of days fishing. The guide was able to meet us right at the dock. House was clean, well appointed and has a crazy view of the bay. Hope the next guests like the bourbon we left.

Paradise
Beautiful home, nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. Lighted pier is a bonus where we caught many keeper trout. I can’t say enough wonderful things about the owners. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return.

This cottage was fantastic! quite, private, very clean, everything you need is in the kitchen, grocery store close by. Less than 5 mi to the ferry to Port Aransas. Pier is well equipped and is next to the channel with lots of dolphins swimming by. We were able to catch our bait. Definitely going back.
