We were a quick and easy 15 minute drive away from the venue. The house was very clean and nicely set up to accommodate our group. We only wish we had more time to spend at the house than we did. “Our visit was brief... just two nights as we supported an athlete for the Eagleman triathlon June 2025. The house had absolutely everything one might need... very well stocked. Four bedrooms, each with its own mini-split AC was perfect! While we did not use the car EV charger or the backyard 'game shed', both are excellent details. “Our family just can’t get enough of this lovely property. We just finished our third year visiting Holly Knoll and have already booked year 4 for August 2026. The home has everything you need for a truly comfortable stay right down to crab traps to use on the dock and the crabs are truly spectacular. We loved the pool and porch sitting and Jack is a great, responsive host. 5 stars every time. ”

“We had a fantastic stay at this beach house! The view was absolutely stunning — waking up to the sound of waves every morning was magical. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed, from a well-stocked kitchen to comfy beds. Just a short walk to the beach, and the sunsets were incredible. The host was responsive and friendly. Can’t wait to come back!”
