The very rainy next day Andy met us with umbrellas which we greatly appreciated. We didn’t get to enjoy the patio due to rain. Such a comfortable place to stay! Thank you!!”

“We stayed here on a hot weekend in July while we did lots of touristy things in and around Waco. Our space was nice and cool with AC units even when the temps outside were soaring over 100. Our space was clean and cozy. Kendra had packed our mini fridge with bottle water and some special drinks, which our kids loved. There was a nice coffee bar and snacks left for us as well. “Absolutely excellent experience! They are incredibly easy to work with and the property was perfect. Great gathering spaces but offers you your personal space away from the group. We utilized the meeting room and could event present to the group.”

“Very great and beautiful property. The location accuracy on in the email sent for property location needs work. When you click both the address for iphone maps and click the google maps location it pulls up wrong location. Also not having the cheapest toilet paper ever made would be nice also. Other than that everything was perfect! Will definitely come back and highly recommend.”
