I loved our time in this home and the area. There were stores close by to get anything I needed. The location was beautiful and convenient close to the ocean and the redwoods. I would definitely recommend it.

So clean! Best location!

We loved this property and location. Cleanliness is huge for me and Donna’s unit was perfection. We could walk to the beach. Loved having friends in the unit next door. Perfect little backyards. We want to come back!

Convenient location for outdoor activities but lacking in comfort

The townhouse looks nice as it’s new. However, the bed and futons were uncomfortable, the house was not clean (floors, table, old food behind a futon and mildew smelling towels). We could not find a microwave which was certainly inconvenient

Great place!

This place is so nice. It’s close to everything. We hiked in the Redwoods, went to the beach and played in the park. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Quick getaway

Getting code in door was kind of a hassle but once in we used the garage door clicker to get in & out & that made it easy. Property was very nice & clean.

Adventure base close to ocean and redwoods.

This home was perfect for our family vacation. It's very clean and comfortable. Everything is like new and my son said it was nicer than our own home! The cute lighthouse on the beach was a fun morning walk every day. But, the location near the redwoods was what attracted us to this rental, and was a perfect home base for this adventure. The check in and check out process was smooth and easy. The house is close to the grocery store and restaurants in town. We loved our time here.

Beach and Redwoods escape :)

Very clean, brand new property that was very comfortable for our family of 5. Really nice to have washing machine, kitchen was perfect. Great location - we explored Jedediah Smith redwoods, walked out to the battery point lighthouse.

Pretty house but...

The home was listed as a two bedroom, but there was only one actual bed.. the other bedroom was an office with a stiff pull out couch- matching downstairs- not as usually advertised on VRBO or VACASA.. very little cooking utensils, one kitchen towel for a 4 day stay, the code for the door had issues so we had to go through the garage, there are no fans- no breeze in the house, couldnt get to the washer/dryer- door was locked.. beautiful house though and pretty back yard.. not very private since it is a duplex.. Will find other places to stay in Crescent City as a family.. great for single people not wanting to cook at the home.

Cali Coast Roadtrip

Brand new, beautiful house in Crescent City. Would highly recommend if venturing into Jedediah Smith Redwoods State Park. Extremely clean and convenient to neighborhood restaurants/shops. Two minor suggestions to improve future stats would be to consider upgrading master bed to king size and to include local information on things to do/see and places to eat/shop.

Donna, property manager was very approachable, responsive and accommodating. We visit Redwoods once or twice a year and would definitely like to stay here again. Highly recommend this home.
