“The wonderful location of this home is very convenient to TCU. You can easily walk to campus. The neighborhood is nice and the home is nicely decorated. The beds are very comfortable and the air conditioning works great. Parking in front of the home was very easy. The host was wonderful to communicate with and responds quickly. We really enjoyed this neighborhood and would recommend this rental to anyone wanting to be close to TCU.”

“We booked this very last minute. Host was a good communicator. We were aware that the apartment was on a second floor, but the stairs were a little narrow and a little dark as the upstairs landing light did not come on. We of course, arrived late afternoon.
Small but everything you need. The kitchen is cute just lacking a toaster. Bathroom was quite small, but they provided towels and decent quality shampoo, conditioner and body wash.The shower had great water pressure, but there was absolutely……
