The room was good for the price.

Clean room decent breakfast.. good for the price.. we had small children with us. Would stay again.

Very surprised, well maintained but outside not so pleasing. Breakfast not so good and put away before I could get down. Parking plenty

I booked a two-night stay at Wingate by Wyndham because I specifically reserved a room with two double beds, patio access, and pool access. I arrived just before midnight after a long drive only to be given a completely different room: an exterior-entry room with one king bed. When I returned to the front desk, I was told there was nothing they could do because my reserved room type wasn’t available. Traveling late at night with my family, I had no choice but to accept it. The next morning, I spoke with Christina at the front desk. She was polite, listened to my concerns, and said she would discuss the issue with management. I appreciated her professionalism, but the situation was never resolved during my stay. Breakfast was also just okay. The automatic pancake maker was a fun touch, but the potatoes and sausage were cold, and the cereal selection was very limited. It wasn’t terrible, but it definitely didn’t stand out. The biggest disappointment was the lack of communication and customer service. If the room I booked wasn’t available, I should have been notified before arrival or offered comparable accommodations or compensation. Instead, I paid for amenities and a room type I never received. Overall, the hotel was reasonably clean, but the failure to honor my reservation and the lack of a meaningful resolution left me disappointed.

This was such a cute little Inn. Reminded me of an old Bed and Breakfast and hotel all in one. It would have had a perfect rating had the elevator worked. Otherwise great place to stay right across from ND!
