Please turn off the room lights ,air conditioning , TV and iron .
Please lock the backyard door located in the living room and also please close the front door after leaving the house . We thank you for being our guests , we will be glad to welcome you back .

NO SEAFOOD COOKING INSIDE PLEASE USE THE CHARCOAL GRILL OUTSIDE IN THE BACK YARD FOR THE SEAFOOD .
Please be very gentle with the leather sofa recliners in the living room Please DO NOT PUT Extra burden on them,
NO SMOKING INSIDE THE HOUSE - Guest will be charged for the cleaning fee to get rid of the smoke smell .

It’s a nice property, but it wasn’t very clean. The toilets had pee stains. The bathtub was dirty so had to clean it along with running the jets before using due to build up coming out. There was hair on the bottom of the shower and around the tub. There were cobwebs and flies in the windows. We couldn’t use the disposal and didn’t let us know it didn’t work. If you stay, just clean it first.
