“Vi ankom clampingen sent på kvelden. Til tross for at middagen egentlig var stengt fikk vi servert varm og god suppe ved ankomst. Steder tilberedte også vegetarmåltid til oss etter forespørsel. Teltene var godt brukt, men det var god plass og strøm i teltene. Vi fikk også tilgang til eget bad med badekar, dusj og toalett. Renholdet kunne vært bedre, men var heller ikke ille. Vi var dessverre litt uheldig med været, så ble ingen spektakulær soloppgang på oss. Beliggenhet er bra og clampingen er……

“今年除夕在这家百年酒店度过。曾经的索菲特宫殿酒店，和北京饭店诺金一样曾是雅高麾下的历史遗产酒店，后被收入本土品牌，保养的却比北诺好太多了，套房里陈列了不少19世纪的古董，连房间钥匙都是20世纪初英国制造的原件 这次入住的是Junior Suite，尽管名字如此低调，但却是次顶级套房，总共只有四间。位于二层的两间均设有露台，一间为湖景，一间为塔景，三楼的两间没有露台，且酒店没有电梯，建议提前邮件沟通要二层的房间 服务中规中矩，礼宾蛮热情的，主动提行李。前台比较公式化，早餐厅服务员不错，下午茶餐厅的服务有待提高。餐饮方面正餐不推荐，又贵又难吃。下午茶坐在露台连廊或法式花园里喝喝茶氛围蛮好，但不要对吃的有任何期待。早餐品种非常少，和国内的全季差不多，但味道ok 总体我给这家酒店打8.7/10分。无疑是大叻最奢华、最值得入住的酒店”

It is within easy walking distance to the university area going uphill( 3 or 4 minutes) and the lake and city center going downhill.( 15 or 20 minutes) . Great town with lots to do, highly recommend. “This was a beautiful hotel. The building has so many precious embellishments like flowers and plants everywhere and a koi pond. The walkways are beautiful. The rooms are very modern and updated. “整體來說、整個園區非常美麗、就在湖畔邊，還附設了許多設施，環境乾淨、房間很大、服務也很好。 白玉微瑕就是、這邊比較寧靜、在山林湖畔間，出門就是要搭計程車、或是包車會，到處玩會比較方便。 但是有個問題、很嚴重， 我們有使用洗衣服的服務， 飯店人員說我們洗衣服費用會很高、 沒有聯絡到我們確定、不敢幫我們洗， 但是手機（越南）完全沒有接到電話、 下午14:00-17:00在房間休息、也同樣沒有接到任何電話，這與對方的每小時都有聯絡、明顯有出入， 最後11:30退房時、櫃檯居然還收了我們洗衣費用89萬越盾， 如果不是我們打算在飯店用完午餐再離開、再出發去機場搭飛機回胡志明、那是不是這錢就沒救了？ 希望飯店能有所改進、因為這個狀況衍生的問題、可大可小。”

"今年除夕在这家百年酒店度过。曾经的索菲特宫殿酒店，和北京饭店诺金一样曾是雅高麾下的历史遗产酒店，后被收入本土品牌，保养的却比北诺好太多了，套房里陈列了不少19世纪的古董，连房间钥匙都是20世纪初英国制造的原件 这次入住的是Junior Suite，尽管名字如此低调，但却是次顶级套房，总共只有四间。位于二层的两间均设有露台，一间为湖景，一间为塔景，三楼的两间没有露台，且酒店没有电梯，建议提前邮件沟通要二层的房间 服务中规中矩，礼宾蛮热情的，主动提行李。前台比较公式化，早餐厅服务员不错，下午茶餐厅的服务有待提高。餐饮方面正餐不推荐，又贵又难吃。下午茶坐在露台连廊或法式花园里喝喝茶氛围蛮好，但不要对吃的有任何期待。早餐品种非常少，和国内的全季差不多，但味道ok 总体我给这家酒店打8.7/10分。无疑是大叻最奢华、最值得入住的酒店"
