Reading the reviews - interestingly they’re either 10 or 6. The 6 is all because of the breakfast. All the 6 were addressed and will be resolved accordingly. But it’s still happening. Yes, I’m giving them a 6. We stayed for 3 nights /3 breakfast. Those 3, the attention of the front desk was called because the hot foods needs refilling. There’s only one employee and she’s doing everything. The 3rd day, there’s no one there . I overheard a couple, the guy would like to leave. The lady said “it’s all paid for”. Profits over services

The rooms were great. Very clean and comfortable. I was disappointed with the breakfast options. Also the pool is COMPLETELY closed and has been for awhilenit sounds like. That was one of the first things i look for when finding a place to stay and a heads up would have been helpful in that booking decision. Otherwise it was a great stay!

We definitely did not hate our stay, however I wish I would’ve been aware of a few things before we did book this hotel. Before details, we did not have a bad stay by any means. The very few interactions we had with staff were pleasant, the hotel was clean, the hotel was comfy. It was just a very average experience. First, it’s very noticeable they have a lack of employees. The employees who showed up were definitely nonstop working. I can assure you they don’t get paid enough to do the jobs of 3 people they were doing. The staff was all working as a team and would do anything you asked. That’s fault of the establishment not the employees. We never once had housekeeping come. One time was definitely my fault cause I left the do not disturb sign out. We saw them in the hall but they never made it to our rooms. I’m sure that has to do with staffing as well. Now I wish I did know the breakfast would never be stocked. I never once was at a place where everything was available. We ended up not utilizing the free breakfast because nothing was ever there, that was something I wish I knew. We also were never able to connect to internet or get anything but Netflix to work on the TV. Someone did try to help and she is who showed us we could use Netflix, but the options are limited. The snacks and drinks definitely need some more options. There was no water which I found weird. All in all, it’s definitely Italy an understaffed new hotel. It’s clean, it’s affordable, it was safe.

The lady doing breakfast was terrible at her job! She couldn’t keep up and had everyone waiting for a long time to even get anything. She was also back in the kitchen area eating with her co workers while everything was empty!! Terrible experience

I enjoyed our room and location. The breakfast was lacking. Food was gone quickly or was cold. The pancake machine was broken the whole time.
