Fantastic Coastal Getaway, Open Floor Plan, Steps Away From Beach, Fireplace, BBQ, Ocean Views

This exquisite coastal retreat along the beach access path at Bella Beach will set you up for an excellent stay on the Oregon Coast. Multiple decks with astonishing views down to the beach and a sky-high crow’s nest reading area put you above it all, but you’ll also enjoy the ground-level perks at Bella Beach, with its Cape Cod-style architecture, mature plantings, children’s playground, fire pit, and tasty treats at Café C’est la Vie.

The lower level of the home, bathed in light from windows up the stairwell, has two private bedroom suites; the king suite has a spa tub. The upstairs great room has an expertly crafted wood-planked ceiling that rises in the center, bringing the space and the people in it together. The fully equipped kitchen boasts an electric range for the chef, with ocean views from a bank of windows in the dining room. Cozy sofas, understated décor, a gas fireplace, board games, a DVD library, and an enormous flat-screen TV/Blu-Ray DVD help make it a perfect blend of comfort and style.

Step outside to the deck and watch the breakers crash on shore between houses. A double bed in the corner of the main level makes a great place to sleep, lounge and read below the spiral staircase to the crow’s nest, a tower windowed on all four sides with a raised window seat and a built-in desk and stool, so you can write your morning pages inspired by views of the surf. Costa Bella is a wonderful retreat to enjoy everything the Oregon Coast has to offer.

This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors. Also, please note there is no electronic video surveillance monitoring pools or spas, or on the interior of the house.

*IMPORTANT* NO oversized vehicles, campers, RV’s, boats, motorcycles etc. permitted in the Bella Beach community. Except if within the confines of an enclosed garage.

Great Ocean Getaway
The location is awesome. Steps from the beach. House amenities are great! Only reason I give it four stars and not five is that the cleanliness we found the house in could have been better. My wife had to clean mold and mildew out of the jets in the master tub. Gross! We found popcorn under furniture as well.

Costa Bella @ Bella Beach
This is a great property. It's large but cozy at the same time. You are about 50 steps from the beach and you hear the ocean waves all day and night which is the best! The beds were very comfortable and the unit was very well stocked. The only drawback from our age perspective are the numbers of stairs that must be climbed to get in the house and to the living area.

Great Vacation
This is the second year we have visited this home and we plan on it again next summer! Great location, great communication and beds are cozy. I love that there are folding chairs for beach use, toys for kids, etc. Will stay here again!

Late check in time at 5 pm and early check out at 10 AM. Will charge you extra to change the times when you are already paying premium prices to stay. I tried to shift my reservation and was unable to do so. Granted, it is non-refundable but often in an emergency you are given the grace to at least adjust dates.

Footsteps away from the beach
We had a great time with walks on the beach, reading on the deck and watching sunsets in the evening, and just generally relaxing. The house is in a great neighborhood - quiet. We stopped at the French cafe' on the corner for coffee one day and a delicious lunch another day. It was easy to take day trips to the Newport aquarium and would've taken a whale watching trip at Depoe Bay but we ran out of time. Had fun browsing the Salishan Marketplace; no shortage of things to do or restaurants to try. A great location! House is well-kept, well equipped, and very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks for making our get-away so perfect!

It was a nice house and as described. We did feel a bit conscious of being a family with young kids. Especially after receiving a noise notification during dinner and movie night. Nice place, but would be best for adults only.

Beach House Stay
Our stay was great! This house was huge and perfect for our little getaway. Even better than pictured! Loved all the decor and the kitchen was fully stocked. We enjoyed the crow's nest, what a fun feature of the house! The beach was really close, just a walk down a short pathway then stairs to the sand. The beach was a lot more quieter than the public ones. Would highly recommend this house! And would love to stay again!

Needs TLC badly! Beds were comfortable, but it was damp and cold on the bottom floor, like a basement, rugs in bathrooms had not been dried. Views were wonderful but decks are rotting and one end did not seem safe. Will not stay there again unless it is redone.

Many many stairs were not mentioned in description. Large TV in living room did not work the entire stay. Pod coffeemaker provided but no coffee or pods provided. Local store did not carry pods. No coffee, tea, salt or pepper provided. No ice maker. 36 stairs to bring ice from car to freezer. Washer and dryer on separate floors. Interior of house in good condition. Porch decks deteriorating. Would stay again.

Great getaway! with friends!
The place was cozy and clean. It was perfect for the 4 of us. The living room seats 4 comfortably. Nice view of the beach off the side deck. Close to the beach and also close to both Lincoln City and Depoe Bay for shopping and dining.
