The house was beautiful and clean. conveniently it has the washer and drier which helped with our big family and washing our laundry!! kitchen and living spaces were wonderful as well. Location was great for anything we needed! restaurants, mall, target, grocery stores and not too far from Boston. The neighborhood was quiet and cute as is the town! Owner was helpful...

“Put my and my family of 5 in the wrong room, which they easily changed to a 2x2 as i had rented. Sunday afternoon the "maintence" man let himself in as we are in the room letting our dog outside. He didnt speak much english. Not sure what he was doing but he looked in our electric oven and than left. We didnt feel real safe so when we left we made sure to tske any valubles out and rigged the room to see of people had come in again. ”

“Overall it was as listed. 2nd floor apt. Only, we did not like floorboards making sound as we walked and there are a few areas where the floor is not even (basic for older homes). Also the blinds were missing a few pieces. But there are curtains for privacy.”

It's clear the host took attention to detail and had everything a guest could need, bandaids, makeup remover, and great quality shampoo and conditioner. She had even left us some snacks, and always went above and beyond and checked in on us. We visited her farm and had so much fun, we really recommend it. Theresa's kindness shone through in all of our interactions and we could not have asked for a better host! It was a perfect place...

“We find that renting a house is more economical and comfortable than staying at hotels, and this property did not disappoint. We can for a college graduation, and were able to have a small gathering of friends and family after the graduation. Plenty of space in the house and out in the spacious yard for people to spread out and socialize. Lovely, quiet, comfortable, close to Boston and Waltham.”

I am just so surprised by the smell of the house that I have to buy a scented candle and air spray just to meet what is conducive to what I am used to like hotels and other rented places.
