“Little sketchy for a single woman traveling alone”

“Clean room. I’m 72 and obviously disabled. I asked for an ADA room, or at least a room on the first floor. Your desk clerk gave me a hard look and put me in Room 308. What a sweetheart! No shower chair, no grab bars. Unable to use stairs. Good news there wasn’t a fire, eh? How is that for good service from a 20-something air head without a care in the world.”

“Hotel was cluttered.”

“Ok ”

“The bathroom wasn't 100% cleaned, and we had some noise outside our room from guests.”

“Reserved a two bed, handicap accessible room with roll-in shower. Paid and had confirmation number. Drove 12 hours to hotel, got room key, it was a king bed NOT handicap accessible room for three travelers. Went back to front desk, showed her ( referring as “her” because she never said her name or have a name badge) my reservation, she told me the day shift had changed my room and “ should” have called me. Showed her my phone where I had never received a call. Explained I needed what I had……

“The hallway was dirty leading to the room. Our sheets were dirty. (They did offer a new room and changed the sheets upon request. I just feel like the room should be clean and ready for you when you arrive.The bathroom floor was dirty. It appeared maybe there had been some work done under the sink and maybe they forgot to clean up after. There were no wash cloths and no bath mat.”

“Very professional”

“All the ice machines were broken. The exit door on the north was broken. The trim on the cabinets in the room was cracked and peeling. The pool has been closed for most of the summer and is still not fixed. The stairwell carpet needs vacuuming. The bed skirts had spills or stains. It seemed like it was a good hotel that is really run down now.”
