The first room they put us in had a STRONG smell of bad BO and cat pee. The second smelled like mildew and feet, so we cancelled and left. They only gave us a partial refund. The staff were friendly and helpful, though. Do not trust the high rating this hotel has. It is gross.

Decent place for a bed and shower. They’re doing some renovations, which are needed. My room’s window has a broken glass (one of the double pane). Could be hazardous. But it was clean and staff was helpful.

I would give this hotel a 2+. It was extremely outdated and not super clean. The breakfast was very minimal and the fruit was always gone. The fan in our bathroom never worked nor would the outlet work in the bathroom for my flat iron. It felt safe though and was a place to sleep. Also, room service only came once in a 3 night stay and took all our towels but never left fresh ones.

The TV was not working or the hair dryer in Room#125. The staff was polite and said the manager would be back to check. Apparently I had fallen asleep and didn't hear him . The breakfast was good. Check out was easy and polite. I would stay here again.
