“The bed was great, but the bathroom was unsafe. There was nothing to hold unto in the glass footed shower except the water handle. The lighting at the bedside was difficult to turn on. Coke and water bottles were way too expensive. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of foods. The daytime staff were much more attentive than the night crew.”

“The water in the shower was nice and hot. The room was clean in general. The toilet was not properly attached to the floor, and the toilet lid was only attached on one side. One half of the toilet paper holder was gone, already ripped out of the wall. We got to breakfast about 10 minutes before it ended: no mini muffins left, only one kind of bagels to toast, just one apple in the three fruit baskets. We had stayed here in the past and it was fine, but the building is older now and we won’t be……

“Staff members extremely concerned and exceptionally nice location for my family was center !! Downfall building needs building facelift and staff agreed and we found out getting a total face left October this year thru June 2027”

“Good service, good employees. Breakfast wasn’t set up efficiently! There was pancake syrup all over the counter when I was making my waffle and the orange juice was spoiled.”

“I'm actually a little surprised they didn't have higher reviews. Everyone was super nice. The hotel was super clean. Our bed was so comfortable. I had a great night's sleep. The room was quiet. We had no issues at all. Will definitely return. I didn't try the breakfast so I can't comment on that.”

“At this point with hotels, all I care about is that they're free from bedbugs. This hotel passed the test. It did have fairly decent breakfast choices. Nice clean rooms. No serious complaints.”
