“This hotel is simply fantastic... a beautiful building which is essentially an art gallery with rooms (luxurious rooms!) and amazing staff! The service from everyone was amazing (especially Gonzalo), the freshly cooked breakfast was perfect, the pool and roof-top were great, and teh location could not have been better (close to the centre but slightly hidden so nice and quiet). We would 100% stay again! ”

“Great spot right in the heart of the old town. Short walk through cute alleyways to the Alcazar, cathedral, restaurants and shops. Nice roof deck pool for relaxing in between activities. If you’re bringing a car I’d recommend Parking Imagen which is about a 10-13 minute walk away. Other closer options were too narrow or too busy for an SUV.”

"The room is clean but outdated. The slamming of doors a bit annoying. But the staff of level team work efficiently and whole -heartedly for arranging private transfer for my visit though my plan changes later. The hotel just within 5 min walk to Plaza de Espana is perfect."

"the room card didnt work when i got back to hotel. i can only get back to the lobby and find the staff. moreover, the wood tables are dirty and full of dust. I dont know why the staff didnt clean the room. i found that the new towels given by the staff are wet when i got back to hotel at 2100. "
