"I’d love to give this place five stars—and I will—but part of me wants to keep this hidden gem a secret! The home was spacious for just the two of us, and the location was unbeatable. Being able to walk to a quiet, nearly private beach, rinse off in the outdoor shower, and then relax in the pool was incredible.Dominical is the perfect laid-back surfer town, just a short walk or quick drive away. For anything you can’t find there, the BM Supermercado is conveniently located only two minutes from the property. Even during the rainy season, the covered outdoor area allowed us to enjoy the fresh air and the views without worrying about the weather.Every detail of this home has been thoughtfully designed. The quality of the construction and décor is evident throughout, and the kitchen and grill were fully equipped for preparing meals at home. The bedroom air conditioning provided the perfect comfort for humid nights.The hosts were exceptional—welcoming, patient, and attentive. They waited to greet us despite our two-hour delay due to traffic, shared excellent restaurant recommendations, and helped us arrange tours with ease. Even though we stayed in the middle villa, we had complete privacy and tranquility.This home, the hosts, and the location exceeded every expectation. I couldn’t recommend it more—just don’t tell too many people about it!P.S. The lizards are BOLD and will invade your personal space looking for crumbs, ants, or just to check on what you've been up to. "

"Staff were always there for help, if needed. Very friendly. Bathroom sink fixture was in desperate need of fixing. Room needs a safe and mini fridge, but otherwise very good. Breakfast was very good, and staff always had a pot of coffee ready for guests. Pool was perfect on a hot Costa Rica day. Would go back! Pura Vida!"

"Close to the beach on a quiet side street with lots of restaurants in walking distance. Cute room with a lovely patio, complete with hammock. Very nice common areas with kitchen lounge and books."

"It was the best. WE had one issue with hot water, and they immediately moved us to another room. The room was clean and the improvements being done to the property look like it's going to be even better. The staff worked long hours without complaint and were so positive. The property felt secure to the outside world. "

"Pros: House was beautiful with amazing view and in a great location. The pool and outside area were lovelyCons: Using the dryer kept tripping the breaker to the house even when we turned off everything else This left us with no electricity at the house. We contacted the property manager to ask where the breaker box was, they said someone from the operations team would be back with us very quickly. An hour later we had not heard from them so went to talk to the cleaning crew several houses down who was able to assist us. Thank goodness or who knows how long we would have been without electricity . We think the drying element was going as it wouldn't even dry the last set of clothes. We had to leave with wet clothes. The third issue was that the sheets in one of the bedrooms had obviously not been cleaned. When we notified the management company they did not even apologize. We changed the sheets and washed the ones on the bed. I sent a message to Vacassa at the end of the stay asking them to notify the owner of our issues with the management company twice but they never acknowledged that they did so? Wonderful house and experience as long as you don't have any issues that require the management company. "

"Robert and Whit were incredibly kind hosts and offered great suggestions to make our stay most enjoyable. The restaurants they recommended did not disappoint! We really loved walking to town for meals via the beach when tide was low - a nostalgic feeling we’ll never forget. There are too many highlights to list, but the wildlife and scenery top our memories. However, the very best part of our stay is the most incredible beach, right out the back door (we learned this is quite uncommon for the area)! It’s stunning and we saw only a few people each day - it felt like our own private beach in paradise!"
