“Bien situado. La habitación un poco pequeña pero suficiente. Personal muy atento. Dan agua y dos refrescos gratis, además de otros detalles en el bar de la terraza. Tiene jacuzzi gratuito. La única pega que no tuvimos agua caliente. Me volvería a alojar sin dudarlo”

“A beautiful, historic facility and fantastic staff that take care of all your needs. The rooms can use updating and the A/C in our 1st room was too weak (the staff moved us into another room that had better a/c) but restaurants are a short walk away and again, the staff are great. ”

I booked a deluxe room (with city views it said), and instead I got a room looking to a parking lot (it was ridiculously close to the cars).I went down to reception three times (Sunday evening) and the guy gave me no alternative despite admitting that it was their/the websites mistake. It wasn’t until I asked to speak to the manager that the guy offered me to change the room with a really bad attitude. The rest of the staff were neither friendly nor professional. Otherwise,...

“It’s a quaint hotel. May not be a resort style hotel but you feel comfy living there. It’s unpretentious. Room is fairly spacious too. Aaaaaah … even at the 14th floor, the shower’s water pressure is almost like a firehose! That’s just so good.”

“Edificio nuevo y tiene parking robotizado. Suite bien distribuida, con camas cómodas, limpia, mucha luz natural y vistas a la Torre Komar y la ciudad. No dispone de servicio de desayunos, pero hay una cafetería y 7eleven al lado. También hay 3 centros comerciales solo cruzar la calle. La ubicación es buena, está cerca del centro histórico. El único inconveniente es tener que atravesar 2 avenidas para llegar al centro.”
