“We had a great time! Swimming, paddle boards and kayaking! Grilled out dinners! This property provides everything! Tablecloth for picnic table, all kitchen supplies, grill supplies, and the list goes on! The nights got cool which was good. There are only 2 a/c’s in the house. Not only is this house dog friendly, but they provided dog bowls and an outdoor leash! My kids are 19, 17 and 7 and each one of them had a blast!”

“Great location and property. All excellent. Wish they left extra dishwasher soap. We stayed three nights but could only run it twice.”

“The overall size of the cottage was more than enough for my spouse, myself and our yellow lab. We spent our vacation hiking so it was a convenient location as well when we traveled to the white mountains. And as a vegan I liked that it was within close proximity to a number of vegan friendly options.”

“Second time staying here at Bayside Sunshine. We had no neighbors for our whole stay, so it was very peaceful and relaxing. Pros: liked all the improvements made since last time (new carpet, 2 new chairs for seating in living room area, ACs in both bedrooms, etc.) The area and the views are spectacular. “Lovely cabin with a dock right on the water. There is a grill, fire pit, and a screened in porch. Only downfall was the driveway is hard to find and there is no wifi but there may not be wifi available in the area. Otherwise we had a great stay!! Highly recommend.”

“We had a few hiccups (cleaning company hadn’t come) but fortunately the people before had left the house in good condition. The owner was so really responsive and tried to fix the situation as quickly as he could which we really appreciated. Also, The top bunk does not have a rail so I would avoid having kids up there if you can!”

“Grandmas cottage was just as described and really felt like visiting with grandma. The location was superb with an easy access to the trail into town. The views of the water from the porch were astounding. Overall a great stay and will definitely try to be back during the warmer months.”

“This was such a wonderful, quiet retreat. The little cottage by a pond was down a rocky, dirt road, with twists and bends that led through the woods. Leigh, the owner, had told me it was rather remote, so I was prepared. The cottage was a bit rustic but comfortable and well stocked, as described. Cell phone and internet services were fine.
