"It was a lot less than you expected by looking at the pictures, you can barely find it cause it’s inside a parking lot , small sign and once inside, it is just a corridor with dead ends of both sides. It was clean and the bed was very comfortable, aircon was good and staff was polite, when present."

"Seriously, this hotel needs some renovation, everything (especially in the room) looks old, smells old, feels old. On the other hand, for the price I paid, it was more than expected. "It was by far the worst apartment I have ever stayed in. Very grubby, dirty pots left on the stove, grubby floor mats, air conditioning not working, renovations all day and night in neighbouring apartment. Trevilio staff very unhelpful. I worst stay ever. In fact I changed hotel mid stay.
It was a great location near a large mall, with a good gym and pool."

One area that could be improved is it looked like there was a little bit of mold growing in the corners of the shower. But it wasn’t bad and could probably be taken care of pretty easily. The breakfast was very good with lots of variety. All of the staff was very friendly, helpful, and responded very quickly to any requests I had. The location is also very conveniently located within a five minute walk to a huge mall with many shops and restaurants. And it’s quick and easy to get a grab or a taxi to take you anywhere you want to go. I will definitely stay there again if I visit Jakarta in the future. "
