"This hotel is the perfect location for visiting the Orioles stadium and the Inner Harbor. You can easily walk to both. Convenient parking garage attached. Room was great. Bed was comfortable. There are two restaurants, a steak house that we didn’t try, and the more casual grill with a friendly bar, which was great. Service exemplary throughout. "

"This was a last minute stay because of a flight cancellation. I booked based on hyatt reputation and it didn’t fail to meet expectations. The only downside was there is no parking and you have to valet for $30. There was a public parking garage around the corner but I wouldn’t walk from there to the hotel entrance. "

Tried to get the offsite parking app to work, don’t know why it wasn’t (no fault of hotel) but the staff graciously helped us out with that situation when they could have just blown us off. "This is my girls and I favorite hotel. We love the comfort of feeling like we are home, the staff are always nice and helpful. The rooms are always clean and the breakfast is good, I love the omelets. I am so glad that they finally have the nice thick syrup for the waffles as it is suppose to be. My other stays the syrup was like water, but great job on the improvement. Also the ability to wash your clothes is amazing and convenient. We just love it and the srea is very close to the harbor which is wonderful! When we stay, we don't want to go home, lol. Thanks for great service always. "

"This property was wonderful. We had a great weekend. Binack was extremely responsive all weekend and check-in was so easy. We were able to park directly in front of the building on the street for free all weekend! Phenomenal location for walking to the Inner Harbor, restaurants and entertainment venues. It was great to be able to walk to Camden Yard for the game. Condo was very clean and there were a lot of special touches like supplying us bathroom toiletries (toilet paper, bath washes and lotions) and the kitchen was stocked with special teas, waters and even little candies. We highly recommend this property and hope to be back for a Ravens game this season. (also within walking distance!) ."
"My mom and I stayed a single night for a concert. This hotel is just across the street from CFG Bank Arena, where the concert was being held, making the location very convenient. When we arrived for check in, the lobby was actually playing the music of the group we were seeing! What a welcome that was! The staff were friendly, helpful, and seemed to enjoy their jobs. The room was rather small but for a single night it was not a big deal. The air conditioning worked great, the beds were super comfortable and everything was clean. The breakfast didn’t really offer much variety, but the essentials were there. Overall this was a wonderful stay and I would definitely stay here again in the future! "
