"The check in and evening team are especially wonderful, so welcoming especially for foreigners. Made us feel very welcome including showing us to our rooms. Shuttle service to/from Everland operated by the hotel is excellent in a modern Hyundai van. Breakfast buffet is a good fare, though not a lot of options in evening. "Hotel isn’t far from the station, hotel staff were very helpful and accommodating, they even recommended a place for udon and tonkatsu and it was simply delicious. The only downside of the hotel is that there isn’t a wardrobe and there were only 2 hangers provided. But overall, it was spacious, clean, sufficiently warm, and the interior was very modern and classy :) Will choose this hotel again for sure!"

"The male manager was very polite, helpful, and patient even after a long day getting lost trying to find the hotel and though I put a special request in I never gotten a respond back from the hotel. But they were very flexible, although some of the front desk didn’t understand English but good thing the male manager was there and remember our keys to our car. I almost got scared that I was not be able to get my car key back. "

"Just another hotel with terrible service. I asked for an early check-in after a 16-hour flight, and they charged about $50 bucks on a $80 room. Not only is the fee ludicrous but unacceptable. Aren't hotels in the hospitality business supposed to provide comfort to travel weary customers? This hotel doesn't. Before check-in, there were 4 other rooms and after check-in the same amount. At the time of checkout there were even more rooms. It just doesn't make sense especially when there were plenty...

"We had the most enjoyable stay at Hilton Garden Inn Gangnam and highly recommend it for a comfortable, convenient stay with wonderfully helpful and English-speaking staff!! Terrific area with tons of local eateries in walking distance and the Yangjae subway station is a block away. Our beds were supremely comfortable and our room was spacious for our family of four. The breakfast buffet was excellent and a highlight of our trip! So many healthy, authentic Korean choices and fresh fruit and fun cereals and yummy yogurt for the kids. Front desk staff were terrific and hailed us an airport taxi in two minutes! "
