However, avoid catching a cab from the airport if you can as 40 minute drive was very costly. “This hotel is honestly one of my favorites I have stayed at in Japan. Yes, the stairs are narrow and there is no front desk, but when booking they do let you know that (and it's in the description) so I had no issues before, during or after my stay. The hotel was roomy, clean, and comfortable for my group of 5 adults. I did need to reach out to staff to let them know I'd be leaving the hotel for a few days and they were quick with their response. The hotel is in a quiet and nice neighborhood...

“The address and map given by Expedia led us to the wrong location at first but we eventually found it via a Google search. The property was clean, well-appointed, and easily accommodated our group. It was in a great location close to shopping, restaurants, and the Sinso-ji Temple. Would definitely recommend to others and would stay here again.”

In short, we enjoyed every bit of our stay for many reasons - the responsiveness of communication; easy access (e.g. self check-in, hotel rules & user guide info); cleanliness; location of the hotel (not to mention that million dollar view!) and everything one would look for in a 2 bedroom apartment hotel in Tokyo. The only downside is, it does not have an elevator so if you travel with many luggage climbing up 5th floor on stairs could be challenging....
