“Everything about this property was beautiful. It had everyone was comfortable and had a great time. We had everything we needed and stores/restaurants were close by. The only thing we had trouble with was getting the TV to play sound in the bedroom. But that was too big of a deal. Thank you and we will use property again if we return to Chicago. ”

“Nice clean property with good amenities, plenty of restaurants nearby and excellent/safe free parking included. Communication with host and her responsiveness was exceptional! We had a small maintenance problem and literally within 2 minutes of reporting it, a maintenance employee was at our door and immediately fixed it. Would recommend this property for visiting Evanston and surrounding areas. ”

“I had a wonderful stay. Easy check-in process, great communication. Apt. had everything I needed, and spacious enough for a family with its two queen beds. It is on the 2nd floor with easy and safe access. Unit is clean and comfortable. The parking spot was great to have, but there was always plenty of street parking as well. It's on a quiet corner and was close to all of my Evanston destinations. I will definitely return. THANK YOU!”
