“We chose this location because we were attending an event at the Phoenix Convention Center. The location is super close. The community was clean and very quiet. We used the weight room and hung out at the pool area. The pool was NOT heated which was disappointing, but not the owners fault. However, it would have been nice to know as we chose this studio over others for its pool. The vicinity of the condo was a bit sketchy but we knew we were staying in downtown so didn't expect much. “Easy check in and a nice open floor plan. Nicely stocked kitchen and the stove/oven is very large and heats quickly. If you wanted to host your own version of Hell's Kitchen, you've got the stove/over for it! Nice bedrooms and bathrooms, couch, chairs, etc. Very well appointed overall. Also, very close to downtown; about a 5-10 minute drive to most things (restaurants, shops, movie theater, sports facilities, etc) in Phoenix. Also, some cozy neighborhood restaurants and shops within……
