“Awesome quiet location and central location for exactly getting on the highways and routes to downtown. Love how I was in the city but didn’t feel all city. Accessibility was very easy communication also was very responsive and the cleanliness was top par. Loved our stay and hope we get the chance to stay on our next trip back to Houston. ”

“This house was large and beautiful. The location is close to alot ,a little sketchy neighborhood but was quiet during our stay. My issue is I booked the place to use the hot tub but it was dirty and the location of the hottub just isnt ideal . There was stray cats laying on top of it when we arrived. There was a few hiccups like the downstairs bedrooms shower needs a door or curtain , water was everywhere while showering. ”

“Place is perfect, especially for the hospital district. Three bedrooms all with full bathrooms, clean new kitchen and a full size garage. ”

“We loved the house. So cute and very clean. Our only complaint is the neighborhood is very sketchy. Thank goodness for the gate around the property. And we put a lock on the walk through gate. We didn’t have any issues tho. We were there for the Morgan Wallen concert. Had a blast. ”

“We were in for 3 nights to see some family and attend the rodeo. Everything was easy and communication was excellent. We had a minor issue when the city decided to turn off the water to the street, but the host was highly communicative and it ended up not being a big deal. I highly recommend the place, as it is very clean and neat. ”

“Great location and clean property ”

“Nice property near NRG Stadium. Good Location, the house is as pictured.”

“For what we paid for 2 nights, we would have rather just gotten 2 very nice hotel rooms. The house was not entirely clean. The dishwasher was nearly full of still dirty dishes & some even had mold on them, the bath tub had hair in it, the carpet/floors dingy. The walls are very scuffed up and the home is very lived in. The beddrooms were fine. I was told we could come an hour early and the “cleaners” were still there so we had to wait outside. The host responded to text messages but not a……

“Stayed here during my husband’s stay at MD Anderson. It was very close making it easy to get back and forth. Neighbors were very friendly.”

“My family had a great time here. There was plenty of room to fit all 7 of us, house was clean, and felt very homie. Jacqueline communicated promptly upon entering and exiting house. I would stay here again and recommend family and friends to this house. Thank you. ”
