“Beautiful neighborhood close to NRG. We’re a few issues but owner responded quickly”

“The location is fantastic! 10mins to MD Anderson, close to restaurants and stores, but the neighborhood feels quiet and peaceful. The house is spacious and has plenty of room for a family to sit and relax.The house has everything we needed for cooking meals - pots, pans, bean masher! Plus games and books.Claire’s communication was fantastic. She sent welcome information and left lists of recommendations. She was very quick to respond and very helpful. “We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The host communication was exceptional. We really appreciated all of the extra amenities provided. They truly went above and beyond. The neighborhood is nice and safe and close to the rodeo grounds. Would definitely stay here again.”

“For what we paid for 2 nights, we would have rather just gotten 2 very nice hotel rooms. The house was not entirely clean. The dishwasher was nearly full of still dirty dishes & some even had mold on them, the bath tub had hair in it, the carpet/floors dingy. The walls are very scuffed up and the home is very lived in. The beddrooms were fine. I was told we could come an hour early and the “cleaners” were still there so we had to wait outside. The host responded to text messages but not a……

“Only stayed one night. Very nice place. Has everything you need in the kitchen, plenty of towles for bathrooms and even thought of little things you may have forgotten. ( shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toothbrushes)Would stay again. Very easy to find. The area has alot of development going on. ”
