“We were travelling with my 82 year old mom and Allan and Tess were the most thoughtful hosts we could ask for. The apartment was Ofcourse clean and ready. Tess actually got anti skid matts for the bathroom to make it easier for my mom. The beds in the master bedroom actually have massagers in and was heavenly after a hectic day in downtown Boston, The location is perfect and close to down town and all other attractions in Boston. “The property is in a great location central to many sites and walk-able if you enjoy longer walks. The house feels lived making it comfortable. The age and history is another cool factor. I would stay there again. ”

“This condo is perfect for a stay in Boston. It was clean and it has updated amenities. It was a quick walk to the beach and the T line. The rooftop was such an added bonus. “Quiet, pretty neighborhood a short walk to the T. Street parking was easy — just make sure you read and understand the signs. Parking overnight during the week requires parking a few blocks away on a street that allows non-residents to park overnight. The T was handy and so was the Dunkin' next to the T station. “My family loved the condo during our stay in Boston. The owner was very fast in responding to my questions, and the condo was well-appointed with soap and shower items, ample towels, and kitchen necessities. We got a lot of steps in each day, and the condo is within a five-minute walk from a subway station, microbrewery, doughnut/ pizza shop, and multiple restaurants. We had a great overall experience! ”

“Great location! My husband grew up outside Boston and commuted for college. At 75 he finally had the “ living in the city experience.” So close to the Common and T. We took advantage of the Senior Charlie Card and got around like locals. Shopping just outside our building! Highly recommend!”

“The location was outstanding offering easy access to all attractions and public transportation, all while being situated on a quiet street. The host was the best I've ever encountered-extremely responsive and attentive to all our needs. I was concerned about parking since we drove in, but the garage was only 2 blocks away and secure.
