“I live in a nearby town and was hosting thanksgiving for 30 people. I needed a nice place for my mom, siblings and nieces to stay and this was perfect. Very comfortable rooms, bright, clean and big kitchen/dining/living room. Super close to the boardwalk for day-after thanksgiving excessive. Owner was extremely helpful, arranged to accommodate wary checkin and exceedingly commutative Would def recommend.”

“Modern, comfortable house walking distance to restaurants and the beach. It was well stocked with beach chairs, towels and beach passes. There were also bicycles, parking and a huge kitchen with everything you need. The hot tub and fenced in yard were huge bonuses. The host was responsive and helpful from our arrival to checkout. Would recommend this place highly. ”

The house was perfect, it was well stocked with extras. All of the beds were very comfortable. My grandkids loved the play set and the trampoline. The views of the water were relaxing especially with coffee in the morning.Looking forward to staying here again.”

“Perfect stay for the three of us. Zayra is an EXCELLENT host who wasn't phased by my hectic pre-stay messages and craziness. The place has lots of great little extras and a large kitchen that has everything you need to prepare a meal and helps save on meals out, and its around a half mile from a grocery store. We would absolutely stay here again!”

“The front stairs are steep. The offering of the property should indicate the apartment is 2 flights up. Otherwise it was a very nice experience. Excellent communication by the owner. ”

“Excellent location and great neighborhood just a few minutes walk to the ⛱️. Our family had an incredible time, with daily walks to the beach and the town. We rode bikes all around Long Beach and beyond, and the house was perfectly located. The house really makes you feel at home and Tom was available for any questions we had. Excellent host! You wont be disappointed.”

“Exactly what I needed for this summer. A beautiful place to relax with great facilities and proximity to the beach. The owners were communicative and very helpful. The house was lovely and you could be in the heart of Manhattan direct in under an hour! I would recommend this property to anyone. Thank you for letting us stay.”

“The owners are lovely and were extremely helpful but we were forced to stay in the apartment one afternoon because the front door would not shut or lock. Heavy rain caused the door to swell. We barely got it closed and locked the first night; the owners managed after several hours to close and lock it the following day; but then we couldn't close or lock it the 3rd day. The wood door was clearly an issue in the past because it had been shaved down to fit the space. We would stay again but only...
