“Didn’t stay had to find alternative accommodation. Place was filthy, unsafe was more like a hostel than guest house. Unable to contact the agents still 3 days later and no call back from them ”

“Parked at Sainsbury's using JustPark then five mins walk to accom. Easy to find and was on top floor in the roof conversation. VERY warm night and almost slept outside instead. Couple fans would have been great. Bed was comfy. Shared shower and kitchen spaces with the other residents ”

“The listing never said the landlord would be living on the property which we found out when we arrived. The fridge was part full with her goods so we didn’t have as much space for our own food. The whole place had terrible cleanliness, the floors were sticky and one bathrooms shower door was broken. None of the pillows had pillow protectors and beddings weren’t ironed, fluff and hair was found on the bed on arrival. There was also no spare keys for the bedroom doors and when we contacted the...
