“I liked the area because of the atmosphere. It was walking distance to great eating and shopping area. The apartment was clean and the outside patio was quiet. The communication with Vrbo was great but it was more of three way communication. I left messages with the property manager about not have our room ready on time, no remote control for the TV nor did our fav get activated to enter into the building and other access to the building. ”

“Thank for for Expedia! They got me out of a jam.. the DreamScapes apartment advertised was in a building that does not allow stays.. I was stuck in Dallas 2 hours of leaving messages to Dreamscapes and nothing!! Expedia relocated me to a hotel down the street without charge or trouble after initial investigation.. Dreamscapes is a scam Expedia did the right thing and is legit! Thank you!”

“I’ll say the actual apartments set up was exceptionally cool. I loved the industrial look, the kitchen was beautiful and the large TV was really nice to watch shows on. That being said the apartment had clearly not been cleaned well. The bathroom had tons of mold on the shower floor. The shower also had little to no water pressure, than there was trash under the bed that clearly had been there for long enough to attract roaches. Which we saw and killed three that night. “I had a fantastic stay at Westerly! Communication surrounding the check in was flawless and it was nice to have a convenient parking option on-site. The rooms were very comfortable and are just as advertised in the photos. Would very much recommend to any family/friends travelling to the Dallas area. ”

“Our daughter competed in a four day volleyball tournament at the Convention Center. It was nice to have a place with more room and a kitchen to cook meals in. We would stay here again. ”

“This property is in a very bad part of Dallas, homeless all over the place. Parking is not free it is valet parking.The building looks to be an converted office building you must be aware of your surrounding at all times when going to the parking lot or returning to the building ”

“SCAM! DO NOT BOOK! Hotels.com is refusing to give me a refund saying they can't contact the property. I never received check in instructions, tried to call the number on file and it went straight to voicemail. I showed up to the property and gave the leasing office the number I had to see if it was associated with a tenant. It was and they said they haven't lived there since last year. Never got to stay there, had to find a last minute hotel”

“Clean, modern and well-equipped in a fairly convenient location with garage parking, a gym and outdoor pool. Would definitely stay here again if visiting Dallas in the future. If traveling with friends or family, please be aware that there is no door to the bedroom so privacy is limited.”

“We had quite some difficulty locating the apartment because the address is not at all well marked. The kitchen was devoid of any basic food items. I would have expected a small amount of coffee, tea, paper towels, etc.. the apartment was spacious and had a beautiful view of a canal that was fun to watch from the windows. ”

“Overall, it was a pleasant place to stay, conveniently located near the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center Dallas. I appreciated the high level of security, as an access code was required to enter the building. We were able to walk to the convention center each day, which was very convenient. However, be aware that there were some homeless people around the building.”

“I booked this property through the app and the first red flag was when the host text me outside of the app requesting a hundred dollar deposit and proposing that I pay it outside of the app, which I wouldn't do. So they claim they waived the fee. Arriving at the property I wasn't able to gain access to the unit. The host claimed the cleaners put the key up and they were trying to contact them to see where it was located. Keep in mind they wouldn't answer they only text.i waited at least two...
