The apartment was very comfortable, clean and located in a picturesque residential neighborhood. Groceries and shopping are a short drive away and easy street parking is available around the apartment. We visit Seattle frequently and will definitely try to stay here again.”

“Place is simple, organized, and clean. Host is friendly. Only cons were the community laundry room was behind the bedroom wall, so it could be noisy at times but there are no use hours at night. We stayed for a month and for a few days there were new guests above us that were loud overnight making it hard to sleep. It is a bottom back unit away from the street which is a plus but sunlight may be limiting, which isn’t really an issue since we were out mostly.”

“I don’t say this lightly, this is one of the best places I’ve ever stayed. It was very quiet, private, and the location is great for exploring Seattle. The interior is modern and clean. I felt like I was at home for the entire week. Parking was super easy. There are coffee shops within walking distance. The hosts were excellent communicators. I would 100% stay here again. ”

“The property was amazing. Things I didn’t like, it was a basement unit, and always cool. No way to control the temperature ( that I could find) in the unit. The only parking is on the street. I had to plan ahead what to bring in. The neighbors in the back, had an Apple tree. There were yucky, dead apples all along the path to the back and the stairs. I was visiting my grandson in the UW district. Was very convenient for that ”

“This was very spacious for just me. You could probably fit 3 people comfortably in this spot. The neighborhood parking is on both sides of the narrow street, so I am thankful that there was also a parking spot by the garage. This spot was perfect distance from the venues I attended over the weekend trip (10 - 18 minutes). There is a gas station a couple blocks of a walk over as well, and to get back on the highway was super close too. I like that there was a washer and dryer in the bathroom...
