The apartment’s most exclusive spot is on the rooftop, featuring a large, year-round pool offering panoramic sea views, and a solarium area where you can sunbathe and enjoy the unparalleled climate of the Costa del Sol. It has two bedrooms (one en suite) with balconies, a living-dining room, an extra bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a glass-enclosed terrace, and private parking. Located near the center of Estepona, it combines comfort, services, and a relaxing environment.

The Cosmo Beach area in Estepona, situated on the renowned \\"New Golden Mile\\" between San Pedro de Alcántara and Estepona, stands out for its luxury developments, resorts, and golf courses, as well as its tranquility and proximity to the sea. Just a few minutes’ drive away is Selwo Aventura, a unique safari park where you can experience close contact with wildlife from around the world. Playabella, Playa de los Granados, and Playa de la Rada are the most famous beaches in the area.
