"We loved our stay here for our first trip to Marco Island; it was perfect. It made the experience all the better! Convenient location to everything. We loved the usage of the provided beach chairs, umbrella, cooler and beach towels! Fun to use the bikes also! Would definitely stay here again. We hope to come back."

"Beautiful location and pool. Our unit was not as expected because in the picture there was a full size refrigerator and when we arrived it had been replaced with a mini frig. Thank goodness for ice because we had a lot of food. There also was garbage in the trash can, shower curtain was gross on the inside and only one cereal spoon. Screened patio was nice. Plenty of storage but mattress and box springs need replaced. Safe area for bike riding."

"If you like quiet and secluded this is the perfect place for you! Since there wasn’t a welcome book- Deb answered all my questions in timely manner. The restaurant was closed and the washer and dryers were broken - all of which was not Deb’s fault. The listing also had a hot tub and hairdryer which we weren’t present. However the pool and shower were wonderful!"

"I found Goodland to be a quaint & quiet spot - all that’s needed for a brief respite. While it has that remote feeling there’s still plenty of access for water events and shops in Marco are 10-15 minutes away. The host is amazingly responsive to any questions. Booked my calendar for a return visit."

"Beach access is great and convenient! All the chairs, umbrella and beach wagon made hitting the gorgeous beach easy. Pool area is so nice and lush, really enjoyed our stay. Only wish is for a larger bed in the bedroom, otherwise, perfect!"

"It was our first time at this property. We usually stay in the hotels on Collier Blvd. It was quiet, comfortable, clean but no frills. The price was very good. The beach is located across the street. The only thing I wasn't thrilled about was that the beach didn't have chair rental. The chairs in the unit were all beat up and had no umbrellas."
