The neighborhood is very sketchy. Our window looked out to a roof and didn’t lock, which was a little disturbing. We arrived at around 11:30 and the restaurant didn’t open until noon, so we had to Uber to a different place. There is no elevator or bellman so we had to lug our suitcases upstairs. We ate dinner at the attached restaurant and it was a very limited menu. My fish and chips was soggy and we saw a mouse running around. Staff were very friendly.

My favourite place to stay when in Vancouver. I'm here often and the staff is exceptional and the location cannot be beat.
Checked in late on this particular trip, so the usual staff that recognizes me wasn't working - hoping they'd leave a note on my name/ account so that you're always greeted and welcomed back. Not a huge deal, just something to note.

Room was fantastic - beautiful view, clean, comfy beds and pillows, great turndown service. Staff was so friendly and helpful. Ate at Karma for lunch twice and happy hour and appies. Great food and amazing staff.

"Room was not very cleanly. Had to change rooms as the bed had a strong urine smell. Property offered no compensation. Did get a new room but was fairly upset that was all that was offered given the cost of the room."
