Once we had negotiated a move to an upstairs apartment we did have the advertised partial ocean view. Not sure a ground floor would have worked. That said it’s a stunning property with fabulous views from the restaurant which will be improved once the patio enclosure work is completed. Great ambience and directly on the pacific rim trail. Apartments are very large and thoughtful touches like including laundry detergents are welcome.

They have taken time to do some upgrades, nicely done! Room will likely require a deep clean after the rush of summer.

Good to bring your own food and drinks; the plaza is overpriced (though the food is decent) and, in the summer, you could be waiting a long time in the sun for your ferry...
