The hotel is awful. It is less than ONE star. The pictures on the site and Expedia are false. There was mold and water stains on the ceiling and bathtub in our room and parts of the hallway. The ice machine does not work. The hotel is very dirty. There was no microwave in our room and the fridge was not working well. The area is in a run down part of town and not well lit. There is only ONE front desk staff person and they are gone about every hour for an airport shuttle run. You will have to wait until the staff member returns to check-in or check-out. Breakfast is just ok, but runs out quickly. Coffee is hot. The staff members we encountered were nice and trying to be helpful even under their poor working conditions and tasks of being the only staff member available and having to leave the front desk to shuttle guest to the airport multiple times a day. Expedia, please re-evaluate this hotel being a listing on your site.
