This charming apartment is located in the heart of the resort, just a 200-meter walk from the slopes and shops. Located in Residence No. 381, a 9-unit complex on three levels without elevator, in the heart of the resort. There is a lake at the foot of the building with green spaces. It features a living room with access to a south-facing balcony, overlooking the Aiguilles d'Arves, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom, a separate toilet, and a cellar and ski locker. ROOM DESCRIPTION: Kitchen: Refrigerator with freezer compartment, combi microwave, Senseo coffee maker, kettle, electric stove with 3-burner hob, conventional oven, extractor hood, washing machine. Living room with access to a south-facing balcony, view of the Aiguilles d'Arves, double sofa bed, flat-screen TV.
Bedroom 1: one double bed (140 cm), storage units.
Bedroom 2: two single beds (80 cm) with wardrobe.
Bathroom: bathtub, sink.
Separate toilet.
