Provision of amenities for the bathroom and for coffee, water. The plugs do not have outlets for USB or international tech connections - you must bring your own plugs and adapters. A great place to relax and cut off. Very good wines compliment this hotel. Staff were all incredible welcoming and passionate. There is a family sense amongst them, they care about the guests and work extremely hard to accommodate and made our family feel at home. "
