We loved our stay here. The place was clean, and we got regular cleaning. They even wash window sills! Kitchen has everything we need. The staff was lovely and our interactions with everyone were pleasant. The outdoor pool is heated and our children loved playing out there. Quiet location but everything is very close.

Upon arriving at Apartamentos Dunas Club from Canada we were shocked by the condition of our room. I chose this hotel based on the pictures and reviews on Expedia. Among several minor issues, we found in the room the main issues were: we couldn't get into the room because the lock didn't work, the room interiors were damaged to the degree that can cause harm, the bathtub was disgustingly dirty, the beds were torn and worn, the pillows were torn as well. I wish I could post the pictures I took on these. After complaining at the reception desk they didn't help us and told us to complain at Expedia. In the end, we had to search for another hotel to stay losing precious time from our vacation. This whole experience was very unpleasant and frustrating. It felt like a scam and I wasn't expecting this from Expedia.

The property was very clean, the staff were helpful, location was perfect, the only downside is our room overlooked the busiest road in town so was very noisy and the bin men emptying the bins every morning at 6 was disturbing, plus there is no air conditioning so needed the door open to let cool air in. Saying that I woul stay here again just choose a different room overlooking the pool.

The location was great - a short walk to restaurants, bars and the beach. The pool area was a good place to relax. The room was basic, but had everything we needed and was cleaned three times in our four night stay which was appreciated. The bakery round the corner from the hotel was amazing and a great spot for a quick breakfast before some sightseeing! I would definitely stay here again.

Great location around the corner from waterfront. Reception staff was friendly and welcoming. Studio was clean and comfy. Was just missing an extra blanket as it got a bit chilly at night. Providing coffee and tea would be a nice touch also. The WiFi was decent enough to do some work. All in all, would definitely stay here again. You can also leave your bags there after checkout. Thanks!

Brief stay in Corralejo
Brief stay in Corralejo. Got a well furnished appartment at 1st floor with a small balcony. Tasteful interior, usefull kitchenwear, fast internet. Locked my bicycle overnight in a designated locked room. Promenade and harbour close by, fast WIFI. Will stay there again. At the bar 5l drinkingwater containers at a very reasonable price available.

Lovely place to stay
Fourth time we have stayed there. The rooms are clean, modern and well equipped. Balcony has a pool view. Pool is lovely and sunbathing area clean and tidy with ample sun beds available. Staff are helpful and polite.

Great 3 star hotel in Correlejo
The hotel was clean, tidy and well located. The staff also made sure that the hotel had all the cleaning aids to prevent spreading of COVID. I would recommend staying here for a good quality 3 star hotel.

Decent Stay at 'Perfect' location
The location was absolutely perfect, next to the sea and port. Plenty of restaurants, pizzeria and Cafe's. Situated in the city but not in the crowded place of Corralejo. Do not expect a lavish stay, it is a simple hotel with basic amenities. the pictures are slightly polished. Only thing I did not like that they do not provide even a simple hand wash. Make sure to take your hand wash or soap in the toilet. Other than that, it was pleasent stay, staffs were nice and you get 10% off in the restairent below which serves very tasty dishes. there is a cafe bext to the restaurant, try their delicateseen, I fell in love.

Second recent 2 day stay. Spacious studio with good s/c facilities. Staff, from housekeeping to Reception, Restaurant and Pool Bar, all great! Onlybfault is lack of aircon. But we will be back.

Property is kept clean and everything is available on site. Expedia says rooms have air con but they don’t. Fan requested before arrival by email. At check in we were told it was ordered but it never arrived all week so room was too hot.

Apartahotel junto al puerto de Corralejo, a 3 minutos andando de donde te deja el ferry. Limpio y comodo, con cocina y hasta cafe soluble para hacerte uno, balcon a la piscina. En 5 minutos te pones en el centro del pueblo.

De locatie is top direct aan zee en haven veel horeca en leuke barretjes in de buurt ook winkel centrum op loop afstand alleen de elektrische steppen mogen er niet komen Dunas club zit in rode zone even een stukje lopen om de step te gebruiken goed schoon schoonmaak 5x per week ook handdoeken beddengoed word ook regelmatig vervangen let op wij hadden eerst kamer 228 die aan werkplaats ligt we hebben andere kamer gekregen 339 maar deze ligt aan zeer drukke weg dus dan kan je beter bij werkzaamheden zitten die werken van8:00 tot 20:00 uur weg altijd druk verder zeer tevreden

Tranquille convenable propre pour un court séjour
Établissement bien situé ( juste a côté du port, du centre ville et de toutes commodites). Nous avons profité de la piscine exterieure: le serveur et le secouriste étaient serviables et attentifs à nos besoins. La chambre est spacieuse , équipée pour cuisiner avec une terrasse qui permet de profiter de la vue.

Bien situé (à quelques minutes à pieds de très nombreux restaurants/bars et de plages) avec une jolie vue face à la mer depuis notre balcon et aucun problème pour se parquer dans la rue. Personnel à la réception aimable. La chambre était assez propre, mais ses équipements en mauvais état (trous dans les draps et rideaux, porte du balcon rouillée et donc difficile à ouvrir/fermer) ; dommage car cela a un gros impact sur notre sentiment général.

Le personnel n’est pas accueillant. Nous sommes restés 3 nuits dans cet hôtel et nous avons eu de la chance d’avoir obtenu 1 tube de shampoing et 1 gel douche dès notre arrivée car ils étaient apparemment en rupture de stock, sans oublier que le pommeau de douche était endommagé. En pleine période de COVID-19 les femmes de ménage ne portaient pas de masque, aucune prise de température et la plupart des distributeurs d’hydro-alcoolique à disposition étaient vides. Propreté laissant un peu à désirer. Le point positif reste l’emplacement avec vue sur la mer et sa piscine.
