“terrible that’s all I’m”

“There are several hotels in this area. This one was well maintained, clean, and had friendly staff.”

“Staff was very helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was very good. Room was clean. Plenty of parking. Enjoyed our visit.”

“房间严重不符，预定时注明450尺，结果房间非常小，200都不到。投诉还不回应。骗子网站，建议注销。The room was completely different from the description. It was advertised as 450 square feet, but the actual room was very small, less than 200 square feet. My complaint went unanswered. This is a fraudulent website; I recommend it be shut down.”

“I reserved a king size bed room, when I checked in was told I was getting 2 bed room, was not happy will never book again.”

“Outside was run down. Staff was nice. Room has been updated and is nice but floors were not very clean and both beds had bedding with cigarette burn holes in them. Bed was comfortable though Also there was a significant gap in our door that let outside light in.”

“This hotel was falsley advertised on your website as being a Radisson hotel, including artists renderings of the hotel. There was nothing positive about this stay! The room was dirty, food crumbs all over the desk and desk chair. The bathroom was filthy, with a disgusting toilet, and toilet seat. They should close this location, until renovations are complete!”

“The room was clean and comfortable. The property is located in a beautiful spot near City Harbor, easy to walk around or sit and enjoy music and a gorgeous view of the lake. The only issue we had was very low water pressure in the showers.”

“It was a very nice hotel. Staff was great and the room was completely comfortable.”

“The lake view was absolutely stunning. The room was good. The staff was friendly especially the housekeepers and security.”

“Definitivamente lo que mas me gusta por la atención del personal y la vista que tenia hacia afuera era hermosa, una de las camas asia un ruido extraño pero nada que no se pudiera solucionar.”
