"The overall appearance of the hotel grounds is sketchy. It is old and run down. When i signed in the clerk wasnt rude but wasnt overly friendly either. The bed was comfortable the sheets were clean, the ac worked good, the light in the bathroom was around the mirror and the lighting could be changed. The floors were dirty, i overlooked that. The bathroom floor was dirty and i didnt overlook that, the shower floor was dirty. I went to the front desk and complained. The cleaning lady didnt like it. She came in the room with a spray bottle and a swiffer and didnt even rinse the shower until i insisted. The next day someone was in our room and got our towels which was good, but they had to move my things to get the towels. I didnt like that"

"Physical staff not available. You have to speak with them over a computer and the Internet lags so it's an aggravating process. I spoke to 3 different staff members just to get checked in and then again to get room keys fixed because after 1 night our room keys didn't work anymore. Also, bare minimum amenities left in room for guest so if you find yourself staying here make sure you bring your own everything. Towels too because good look getting anyone to bring extras. "
