“We vacationed with a party of 7. The house was perfect and has an amazing view! Well maintained, clean. Florian was SUPER helpful and went above and beyond!! He met us at the property and showed us where to find grocery store and a few good places to eat. He even gave us a ride! The grocery store is within walking distance as is the liquor store. Blue Sail is also close by. We went twice :). Thanks again for making our trip one to remember!”

“We loved staying at Ocean Break Villas. The villa gave us lots of space, was really nice and had a pool within steps of the villa. This was much nicer and quieter than staying in a hotel room. “Jordan's place was clean, and spacious. Just what we needed for a long weekend away. The proximity to all of the action was hard to beat. Right on the best beach, and close to the Four Seasons/Atlantis area -- all a short walk. Quiet place with a decent pool which felt secure. We did have a power outage for a few hours after we arrived, and Jordan was ultra responsive in dealing with it. Thankfully, we were in paradise and out by the pool and wandering around anyways. “We stayed in Winnie’s condo for 2 weeks in May and found it to be exactly as advertised. It was exceptionally clean and very well equipped. The kitchen was excellent and lacked nothing. It even had a slow cooker. The beds were very comfortable and there was ample closet space. The condo was a few steps from the on-site pool. We spent a lot of time on the veranda and made good use of the dining table and the couch was very comfortable. Winnie was there to greet us and made us a carrot cake....

“We liked the place a lot, because we had all the amenities for ourselves. The dogs are friendly, but do not leave anything unattended otherwise the things are chewed up. The host was really concerned. We came late and his mother gave us food. He also drove us downtown or to the supermarket. Normally you need a car to get around. Nevertheless, if you are looking for a wonderful relaxed place then book it”

“We had a great time staying at this condo and would highly recommend. The location is perfect -- direct beach access. It was only a 10 mins walk to Atlantis/restaurants. The condo itself is spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. The beach chairs, towels, and boogie board were nice to have. Just note that you will need to climb 3 flights of stairs since it is on the 3rd floor. And the water pressure was very low when we stayed there but the management said they're working on it. “This place is amazing! Fany took and Auroa were amazing to deal with! Snorkelling out front was so much fun. It’s a very quiet neighbourhood but still so much to do in the area. The bus stop was a 20 second walk away which will take you anywhere on the island. The house had everything we needed. It was perfect on a rainy day with the big bay windows overlooking the ocean. Would definitely stay here again 10/10”

“This place was amazing! It was clean and quiet. Kids loved all of the “secret hideouts” (suitcase closets). The backyard was beautiful. If you are going be prepared that everything is white, so maybe don’t pack Nutella for your kids. We had groceries delivered via instagopher and it was quick and easy. “The villa was perfect! Bedrooms are big and comfortable. The outdoor amenities were perfect for those who want privacy on a beautiful beachfront property. We went from the ocean to the pool to the lounge chairs most days and when we went out to get groceries or visit Baha Mar or dine at a restaurant they were only a 5 minute drive away.”

“This property is very spacious and in a great location. Watching the sunset from the back patio was magical. It's near wonderful local beaches, grocery stores, restaurants and the main road to get to downtown Nassau. But far enough away from the cruise port that you can experience the local charm.
