“The stay was great! Sonia has done a fantastic job restoring the cottage and making it into a comfortable home. Both our girls loved the loft bedroom. The setting was great providing both peace and quiet and easy access to Limerick. Sonia was also readily reachable throughout the stay ensuring everything went well. We would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a relaxing place to stay.”

“Great place to stay in Ireland. Lots of fun. My grandmother was born in Ireland near here. Visited with cousins. First Near Shannon. Then in Tipperary. Went north to visit the Caldwell Castle. My daughter-in-law's name is Caldwell. Snodgrass is a Scotch/Irish name, but my father converted to Catholicism. We went to Giant's Causeway. We had seen it before, but my daughter-in-law wanted to see it. Finished up at Arhelow House. Visited with cousins the night before because my one cousin was leaving...

“A quirky and eclectic house, not the for tall of stature. It's a traditional style of Irish country cottage set in a gorgeous Limerick valley. If you like country living and a break from the mundane, this is a good choice. Watch out for the oil heating bill at the end though.”

“This home was everything we wanted it to be. It was private clean and very comfortable. We felt very much at home and had lots of space. The house has everything you will need for a lively stay including a lovely welcome pack which is appriecated at a long journey. The home has info in the local area and the garden is amazing the children just loved the garden spent hours playing in it didnt want to go out. “A delightful step back in time while having all the modern conveniences. Cottage was renovated beautifully with every attention to detail and in keeping with its old world charm. Sonia, the owner was very friendly and accommodating. My only regret is that we didn't have more time to really enjoy the cottage in the evenings around the fire.
