Spring Break

We have stayed at this condo several years. We love the location and the first floor room. We can go out on the back porch and watch at the ducks, geese and the river. Very clean and convenient location.

Relaxing at it's finist

Excellent, clean, great living area, very nice kitchen, clean bathrooms, balcony is relaxing to sit outside, comfortable beds to sleep in.

Exceptional Place

Very clean, convenient place to stay. Love to stay here, I would live in this condo if I could. I always dislike going home. Definitely will stay here again. We take my elderly mother with us and she enjoys it as well

Great location, great size of condo.

Upon entrance the condo was clean. Almost all of the dishes were dirty. We had to wash dishes good before use. We enjoyed the river behind the condo with all of the geese and ducks. The patio could use a good cleaning because the spider webs were taking over. The beds were comfortable because I slept like a baby. The use of the washer and dryer was utilized upon our stay and was clean. There is a standard coffee pot and a Keurig but the Keurig gave us fits. There was an iron and board and both were utilized during our stay. The master bathroom was big and enjoyable. The pool area was clean and utilized without being crowded.

Great location

The exterior of the building is very deceiving. Located in a busy area right near EVERYTHING, but with a peaceful back patio. Place was clean and well equipped. Pool and hot tub were never busy. Only wish the table had 4 chairs so we could eat together.

Another great stay

We have stayed at this property several times. It is always clean, easy check in and great location. We love the ducks and the river view from the balcony. The only thing we missed is that the HOA did not have the pool open during out stay and there were several days in the 80s. The owner doesn't have anything to do with that though. The owners are great and very responsive to questions. Another great vacation!

Easy access rental

This is a nice condo. If you want easy access and don’t want the challenge of driving into narrow, winding mountain roads to stay, this is the place. Located beside a nice stream it is within short driving distance to the main strip leading through Sevierville, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. It was very clean but did have stains on the carpet. The washer and dryer were nice. It has cable TV service and WiFi service. The communication with the manager was good. We would recommend this property and would stay here again.

Great place to stay

This may be the cleanest place we've ever stayed. Comfortable bed, enough start up supplies, great location, beautifully decorated, and a very nice view of the river. Highly recommend this condo.

August 2023 Vacation

We could not have asked for our stay to be any better. The condo was great, and the owners are extremely friendly. We will definitely recommend this condo to friends and family that are looking to vacation in Pigeon Forge.

Comfortable Quarters

The apartment is just right for a threesome. It has a homey feel, is nicely furnished, clean and comfortable. The location is convenient for Dollywood and the area. We found the back patio overlooking the river to be extra restful. Our only issues were with minor things, like not having a TV guide or printed info about the place. Maybe that is because my wife and I are seniors and not as adept at online things as young folks.

Wonderful Condo

Riverfront Condo is a great place to stay. The location is perfect. Just half a mile from the Parkway. The condo has always been clean and fully stocked with all the necessities to make our stay perfect. We love that it’s on the first floor. We will be back to stay again.
